OPRAH NAMED CHIEF AMBASSADOR TO HEALTH & WEALTH

The ceremony will be held at the Southeast Queens Chamber of Commerce’s Healthy and Wealthy Expo at Rochdale Village’s Grand Ballroom in Jamaica Queens on November 12, 2022, where 50 Ambassadors, health and wealth professionals will be saluted, and Oprah is invited to be the Chief Ambassador of Health & Wealth.

“Oprah has been a leading force, a guiding light, especially for people of color for close to 40 years.  She has earned our respect, love and admiration.  She is a hero bringing light to issues that have plagued our community’s health and wealth.  This award is a “thank you” to Oprah for spreading the awareness through all media, books, documentaries, films and talk shows,” said Dr. Lord, a Naturopathic doctor and president of the Southeast Queens Chamber of Commerce.

The Healthy and Wealthy Expo will feature healthier but still very delicious foods, juices, smoothies, healthcare enrollment, plant medicine, naturopathy, iridology, reflexology, massage therapy. Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, yoga, Zumba/soca, children’s games, mental health screenings, health retreat raffle to YO1 Health Resort in the Catskills, free blood pressure monitors, medical cannabis card referrals (bring your diagnosis), panel discussion, tribute to those lost to gun violence and more.
