R.E.A.D. with Niko

January 10, 4 pm.

Once upon a wag, there was a specially trained therapy dog named Niko. He was wishing that a child would read him a story. And his wish came true at the Hamilton Grange Library. Sign up in person on the 2nd floor (same day registration).  For ages 5-12. Niko is waiting to listen to you read to him! Dogs can’t read but they are great listeners!

Children can sign up to read approximately 15 minutes each during the R.E.A.D. session. Spots are limited and registration is required. To register please stop by the Hamilton Grange Library in person. For ages 5-12.


Reading Education Assistance Dogs®R.E.A.D. ® is the 1st and foremost comprehensive reading to therapy dogs support program helping to improve children’s literacy and social skills through the assistance of trained, registered and insured therapy dog teams as literacy mentors. R.E.A.D. is a program of Intermountain Therapy Animals of Salt Lake City, Utah.
