Preschool Crafts!

Join us each Monday afternoon for a craft and storytime! We’ll make different crafts each week and read related books for an audience of 3-5 year old kids, their siblings, and caregivers. This event takes place in the children’s room. This month, our schedule of crafts is:

 

April Program Schedule:

April 3- Name Poems!

It’s poetry month! Spell your name with big letters and then choose words that start with the same letter as your name! Write your own poem or choose from pre-printed word selections to make a collage! 

 

April 10- Spring Zines!

A zine is like a tiny book that anyone can make. Join us to make a zine about your favorite things– draw pictures or choose from collage materials to decorate your zine!

 

April 17- Watercolors! 

Use watercolors to help us paint flower pictures for the children’s room, or make your own paintings about whatever you want!

 

April 24 – Pigeon collage!

Make a pigeon with us! Use construction paper parts to compose NYC’s most prolific bird.
