Paper Bag Kites

Program will take place indoors at the West New Brighton Library. Spring is here and it's time to get out and play! Join our Children's Staff as we decorate our own kites made from paper bags. This program is for children from 3-10 years old. Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
