Oakwood Beach Discovery

Participants set out on an exploration of Oakwood Marsh land on the shores of Staten Island. This vast area of open space along Staten Island’s east shore hosts a collection of visiting waterfowl, raptors and sparrows. Join a discussion on the history of the area and visit the proposed location for a seawall.
