Hudson River Shoreline Cleanups – 14th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep from NYC to the Adirondacks

Join the 14th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep with over 1,000 volunteers doing clean-ups and other service projects at more than 100 sites along the Hudson River from NYC to the Adirondacks. |
Each year on the first Saturday in May, more than 2,500 volunteers come together across hundreds of miles of shoreline in New York City and the Hudson Valley for a day of service for the Hudson River. Volunteers clean up tons of trash, plant trees, and remove invasive plant species. Come out and clean your local shoreline during this annual day of service for the Hudson! Advance registration is required. Read more about the project and find locations across the Hudson Valley and NYC by visiting Riverkeeper.org/sweep or using our interactive Sweep Map
