Children’s Shakespeare Theatre Presents: Two Noble Kinsmen

May 10 & 11, 17, 7 – 9 pm. May 18, 2 – 4 pm.

The CST debut of this rarely produced Shakespeare play is surprisingly modern in its understanding of the vagaries of love. War between King Creon of Thebes (remember him from Antigone?) and King Theseus of Athens (remember him from A Midsummer Night’s Dream?) produces heroes and victims; but what if the victims are the winners and the heroes the losers? Presented by the Knaves, children ages 8-14, this play will delight and touch you in an epic story that plays out from battlefield to Mayday dances and everywhere in between.
